Shipping policy

Effective date: April 1, 2026

Overview
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including the 50 states and the District of Columbia). Orders are processed from our fulfillment center and shipped via major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Below are our standard practices, transit times, rates, and important details about tracking, lost or damaged packages, and address issues.

Order processing times
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.  
- Cutoff time: Orders placed and paid for before 2:00 PM (your local time), Monday–Friday, will usually begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day.  
- Note: Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During peak seasons (holidays, promotions) processing may take longer.

Shipping methods & estimated delivery times (after processing)
- Standard Ground: 3–7 business days (USPS First Class/Priority or UPS Ground).  
- Expedited (2-day): 2 business days (UPS 2nd Day / USPS Priority with expedited service).  
- Overnight: 1 business day (where available).  
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: Expect additional transit time; shipping method and cost will vary.

Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: Flat rate $6.99 (or free for orders $75 and up).  
- Expedited shipping: $19.99 (2-day).  
- Overnight shipping: $29.99 (where available).  
- Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and selected service. Promotional or regional rates may apply from time to time.

Free shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $75 or more before taxes and discounts. Free shipping applies only to standard ground delivery and may not be combined with other shipping promotions.

Tracking your order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information.  
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.

Address accuracy, changes, and undeliverable packages
- Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.  
- If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@chicorayadrinks.com. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made.  
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, refused), the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order. If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, shipping costs may be deducted.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
- Damage in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and take photos of the damage immediately, then contact support@chicorayadrinks.com within 7 days so we can assist with a carrier claim and replacement or refund.  
- Lost or stolen packages: If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. We may require a statement, photos, or a police report depending on the situation.  
- Please note: Claims for lost or stolen packages may be subject to carrier investigation timelines.

International shipping
